The Navigators
|
You won't last long around The Navigators without hearing our motto, "To know Christ and to make him known." Since 1933, under founder Dawson Trotman, The Navigators has been doing exactly that: multiplying disciples around the globe. Now The Navigators has many ministry branches, including ministries on 175+ university campuses, and missionaries in 100+ countries.

at UW-Eau Claire
The student chapter of The Navigators at UWEC has been living and sharing the gospel on campus for more than thirty years. What sets us apart as a ministry is a strong emphasis on spiritual transformation through the practice of spiritual disciplines (like Scripture memory and prayer) in relationships of spiritual mentoring, all with a view to pass it on to the next generation (2 Timothy 2:2).
We're a community of people (we prefer to call it a family) seeking to encourage each other to know Jesus Christ and make Him known.

Speaking of... |
“On a scale of one to ten, I place The Navigators as a ‘ten’ among para-church ministries today. In my college days, The Navigators taught me the value of a disciplined life. In our Crusades, they developed the unsurpassed follow-up methods we use today. Thank God for The Navigators.”

Jordan Weidner
Jordan grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and graduated with a history degree from South Dakota State University. He was involved with the Navigators in college and found a passion for college students and making disciples. Though he loves the outdoors, board games, spike ball, and fishing, Jordan’s great mission in life is to tell others about Christ and help them to walk with Christ for a lifetime. He completed a two-year internship with the Navigators through EDGE Corps at UWEC, and is currently in his first year of Staff-In-Training.
